- Try this for your pif setup for front door and your bbs
- Program file name bbs.bat (or fd.bat or whatever)
- window title (your bbs name or whatever)
- startup directory (where the batch file resides works best)
- video memory set to text
- memory requirements memory required 128k memory desired -1
- (minus 1)
- ems memory kb required 0 (zero) kb limit -1
- xms memory kb required " " " " "
- set execution to background (if you so want it to operate) and set to
- windowed application if you're using enhanced mode for windows (don't
- know why but it is what works!)
- and set to close window on exit!
-
- in the advanced these settings need to be as you think you need them
- set the options on : detect idle time
- uses high memory area
- allow fast pace
- donot enable any other options
- set your time slices as they work best for your system (multitasking
- options
-
- hope that this helps
